The winners of the 58th Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards were announced on Monday, May 12, 2008. They are called the Outer Critics Circle Awards because they are decided by a group that includes theater writers who review New York theater productions for out-of-town publications. The Outer Critics Awards includes both Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. The big winners were August: Osage County and the revival of South Pacific, each with three wins.
