Bierko to Play Sky Masterson in 'Guys and Dolls'

Tony-nominated actor Craig Bierko will take the lead role in Guys and Dolls, which will be directed by Des McAnuff and start previews February 2.

Kate Jennings Grant will play opposite Bierko as Miss Sarah Brown as they join previously announced stars Oliver Platt as Nathan Detroit and the Gilmore Girls' Lauren Graham as Miss Adelaide.

Of course, Guys and Dolls is a classic, Tony-winning musical from 1950 with Frank Loesser's music and lyrics bringing Damon Runyon's nice-guy hoods to life.

Bierko was nominated for a Tony playing Harold Hill in a revival of Meredith Wilson's The Music Man, and McAnuff is represented on Broadway now with Jersey Boys.
