Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick should love his new Broadway gig.
As reported in June, Tony Award winners Matthew Broderick and Kathleen Marshall are teaming up to add star-power to the new musical, Nice Work If You Can Get It. Using the music of the famed Gershwins, Nice Work If you Can Get It is a 21st century take on a 1920's screwball comedy.
Set to open on Broadway in April 2012, three-time Tony Award nominee Kelli O-Hara will co-star with Broderick. O'Hara is a Broadway veteran and critics' favorite, having been seen in South Pacific, The Light in the Piazza, and Kathleen Marshall's The Pajama Game.
Additional casting and the venue have yet to be announced, but the Broadway season is already heating up with other talked about shows hitting the Great White Way in time for next year's Tony Awards.
