'Rebecca the Musical' on Broadway

After announcing a postponement, Rebecca the Musical is back on track to hit the boards on Broadway in 2012.
Posting the news on its official Facebook page, producers have proclaimed that the musical version of the Alfred Hitchcock classic, Rebecca, will indeed make its Broadway debut this Fall. Already an acclaimed hit in Europe, Rebecca was one of the most anticipated Broadway Musicals to open on Broadway 2012. However, the show has had trouble breaking through the red tape of mounting a Broadway production.
From the producers' comment on Facebook:
Rebecca is moving forward. We have identified the final missing piece of investment and the Shuberts (to whom I shall be forever indebeted) [sic] have graciously allowed us to resume production to open at the Broadhurst in fall of 2012. Thank you all for you patience and most of all to the extraordinary creative team who have stuck by this fantastic production through thick and thin as Rebecca continues to spawn productions and throughout the world.
