The glittering stars in the eyes of young hopefuls is the stuff of Broadway legend and after school TV specials. But what about the reality of the "biz"?

People condemned "Glee" for not being realistic in its portrayal of... just about everything. Now, several episodes in to the "Glee" for Grownups, Steven Spielberg's new TV show "Smash" revolves around mounting a Broadway show based on the life of Marilyn Monroe. The cast and creative team include bona fide Broadway stars and Tony Award darlings, but the show also has a number of questionable actors in its ranks.
