'Les Misérables' Film Is Living the Hollywood Dream

People love movie musicals, and the fan-base for the iconic Broadway musical Les Misérables is coming out in droves to support this long-awaited movie event.

The film of Les Mis opened on December 25, 2012, and as of December 30th, the film has earned $66,720,160 at the box office.

Starring Academy Award winner Russell Crowe, Tony Award winner Hugh Jackman, and Anne Hathaway, musical thespians have been waiting for the film version of Les Mis for a couple of decades. Fans were horrified when word leaked out that Taylor Swift might be let near the set much play a role, but Cameron Macintosh assembled a great cast for this cinematic production.

The film is rated PG-13, so it may not be appropriate for the little kids.

Now... about those Miss Saigon film rumors...
