America Performs
You can access regional theater discount ticket sites for 17 major U.S. cities through America Performs. For more than 20 years, the Association of Performing Arts Services Organizations has shared best practices among local theater associations across the country. And with the example of the Theatre Development Fund’s New York TKTS booths, APASO formed America Performs to foster local discount ticket sales.
For information on online and walk-up discount tickets for regional theaters from Seattle to Orlando and from San Diego to Boston, go to the America Performs website and click on “Discount Ticket Booths.” Many cities offer both day-of and advance-sale discounts.

Broadwaybox.com-Las Vegas
On Broadwaybox.com, a link bar across the top of the New York discounts page has a link to “Las Vegas.” Broadway shows such as Mama Mia! and a version of Phantom are in the mix with many other live productions. Many of these discounts are actually packages of hotels and tickets, but it’s worth poking around the site for bargains, if you’re headed that way.
Theater Mania
Theater Mania watches for discounts in some communities that are not on America Performs or Broadway Box, with Dallas being an example. Discount tickets are only posted when a specific theater makes them available, but it’s worth checking for your community, you never know when a good deal might be out there.
